Additional Notes		Welcome to the 9th Annual Old Dominion Feis! We are again offering 3 rounds for open champs and crystal awards for top 3 in Open Champ! ALL DANCING ENTRIES MUST BE THROUGH E-FEIS.COM. (Vocal and Music entries ONLY may be mailed on a 3x5 card to the above address or submitted through eFeis.) ENTRIES WILL CLOSE when the first 800 PAID entries have been received - unpaid entries will not be honored after the feis reaches capacity. We will NOT be maintaining a waiting list, so please register and pay promptly! Changes or additions will be accepted until June 1st, 2010. Changes or additions will be accepted with a $10.00 late fee between June 2nd and June 7th. Absolutely no changes (including figures and teams) will be accepted after June 7th, 2010. Food concessions will be available. NO COOLERS or STROLLERS. Bleacher and auditorium seating; NO camping on floors - no folding chairs, blankets, etc. All scores are included in entry fees. Grade level solo marks will be e-mailed within 10 days after the feis. Preliminary and Open Champ scores will be distributed stageside. The use of any form of photography during competitions is strictly prohibited. A competitor listing and stage schedule will be posted at www.mapleirishdance.com during the week prior to the feis. The official syllabus will also be posted on www.mapleirishdance.com Entries for Irish Bread, Art/Craft, Music, and Vocal do not apply to the Family Maximum. The first 50 music and/or vocal competitions will be accepted either via eFeis or by mail. If mailing your entries on a 3x5 card (to the address below) please include: name, address, phone, e-mail, DOB, and type of instrument. Adjudicators are Maureen Armstrong, Maureen Baake, Russell Beaton, Laura O'Sullivan, Karen Petri, Lisa Petri, and Myra Waters. Additional adjudicators will be posted on www.mapleirishdance.com. Musicians are Mark Arrington, Billy Furlong, Brian Glynn, and Brian Boyce.
