All rules listed on the Queen City Feis syllabus (on website) will be enforced! -TOTAL CAP 1000 competitors, 750 First Feis - Open Prizewinner, 250 Preliminary & Open Championships -NEW for 2010: All Figure Dance and Team competitions will take place AFTER First Feis, Beginner 1 and Beginner 2 competitions and BEFORE Novice and Open Prizewinner competitions. -ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS! -Changes can be made on efeis. -Absolutely no changes made after April 30, 2010. -All NAFC Handbook Rules will be enforced.
